The plan already mentions Cleaner Transport as it’s first key point, we re-iterate in our response how cycling can be a major factor in this and link our previous film.
Cleaner transport: road transport is the main source of air pollution in Sutton.
We need to incentivise a change to walking, cycling, low emission public
transport and ultra-low emission vehicles (such as electric) as far as possible;
