To quote: “The council is undertaking a public consultation on its draft third Local Implementation Plan (LIP). This is a statutory document that outlines how Sutton will contribute to meeting the outcomes and objectives in the new Mayor of London’s Transport Strategy, published earlier this year. It also outlines key proposals for transport schemes in the borough for the next three years (to 2021) and longer term ambitions to 2041.” (our emphasis)
