1. Welcome, introductions, and apologies for absence (Chair)
2. AGM items
   1. AGM 2022 meeting notes for approval
   2. Reports from Officers (LCC Coordinator? & Treasurer)
   3. Election of Get Sutton Cycling Officers** and Management Committee (LCC members only and self-nomination required)
   4. Closure of AGM and opening of normal meeting business
3. Ideas/actions for the group going forwards.

5. Date of the next meeting

** Coordinator, Treasurer, Secretary plus up to seven others

* there are only 4 ‘planter’ style cycle stands; two outside the main office (visible as you approach from Honeywood Walk) and two around the corner. Ecolocal will also open the back garden adjacent to the Garden Hall to allow bikes in there. Under no circumstances are bicycles to be taken into the Garden Hall.

Audience

Remember, everyone is welcome to to attend the Get Sutton Cycling meetings. Even if you do not currently cycle we will be delighted to see you.

Furthermore, you do not have to be a member of the London Cycling Campaign to attend meetings or help at events. Of course, we would very much like you to consider joining as there are many benefits of doing so.
